Lovely

My about to be second grader enjoyed this and found it reassuring. I don't think it will be re-read very frequently, but it was a worthwhile shared experience.

Our Daughter LOVES Amber!!!

I just got this book from the library for my daughter (a 5 year old with a 1st-2nd grade reading level) and she has read and REread and RE-REread this book. She wants Amber's backpack and when I mentioned there might be a girl named Hannah in her Kindergarten class, she said she hoped it wasn't Hannah Burton. We said WHO??? and she replied, "The girl who's mean to Amber." Oh. I am on Amazon tonight to buy all the Amber books I can find!
