Super charged South Beach Diet soft cover book
Book is small, and soft cover which makes it more difficult to read/access, but that's no big deal. Even though this one has exercise plan included within, I prefer my old hard back copy of the original

. It seemed more user friendly somehow. The recipes in this one are

y and not gourmet by any stretch of the imagination, but to me (a post graduate student on a budget) they seem to require quite a few special spices and ingredients I don't have in my kitchen already. If the recipes were amazingly delicious it might not bother me to have to go out and buy all these extra ingredients, but since I have not yet come across a recipe that "wows" me I feel slightly annoyed by this fact. Overall, it is what it claims to be, and the South Beach Diet is an excellent food plan to live by.
