What a great little book

I have two children and they both have absolutely loved this book. It is very funny for both adults and children. The illustrations are hilarious and whenever either of my children have a leg clinging moment I ask them if they are feeling like Claydon. It helped them to know that every child can feel clingy and that it is ok to let go.

Claydon goes everywhere with his mother: sky-diving, skateboarding, skiing and more. He thinks it is safer but one day he decides that maybe, just maybe, life might be better not clinging to his mother's leg. This delightful new title from a star author is a hilarious yet sympathetic look at one child's growing sense of independence.
