A refreshing change

I will admit I am not an avid reader of Mrs. Forster's books, that being said maybe that helped me to read into the story with no expectations and enabled me to thoroughly enjoy the story. The few story's I have read of Mrs. Forester's I have also enjoyed.

Forbidden Temptation reminded me of some of my previous relationships that I have been in where insecurities and misconceptions have gotten in the way of progress and often left me and the other person continuously at square one. Reminded me of relationships that did not succeed because I was too emotionally scarred at that time to open up to the other person and trust them with my heart. Also reminded me that not all love stories go as planned, expected or have an "ideal" story line.

I found this to be a refreshing change from most romance novels that I read, because I felt that I could relate to their struggles and frustrations with each other and their relationship. Forbidden Temptation reminded me that romance novels can be more realistic than fantasy.

I rated this book "3 stars" because Amazon's rating system doesn't have the "1/2" star thing. I would've given this novel "2 1/2" stars. Anyway the first three novels of this series were good but unfortunately this book was a disappointment. Luther and Ruby, what's up with y'all?
