A must-read for pregnant women

I liked this book so much I read it twice during my last pregnancy. The author discusses childbirth education-its problems and potential, the natural flow of labor and birth, and in general ways to prepare for a natural childbirth. One part I found especially helpful was the topic of breathing, and how it is detrimental to try and control your breathing and hold your breath during childbirth. This book really "psyched me up" and I was able to give birth naturally.
