i luved this book. i was interested from beginning to end. how maggie finds romance no one else would have guessed. i love the whole series. i bought all the books from here. i recommend all the series to any and everyone

In this book, Maggie Blume finds luv. She meets the star, Tyler Kendall, at her dad's screening party. Maggie thinks actors and actresses are shallow, until she meets Tyler. They have all of these twists and turns, but end up happy together. Read this book to find that even the people you don't like the most can be your true love.

Star Struck from an Actor

Wouldn't it be amazing to meet a famous actor? That's what Maggie Blume had the experience when she met a teen heart throb actor, Tyler Kendall.

This fiction book that's part of the California Diaries was set up as a diary from Maggie Blume, the daughter of a movie director. Her father threw a party for the cast for his new movie he was working on, which was called "Love Conquers All." That was when Maggie met with a teen actor named Tyler Kendall. This is when all the confusion starts with Maggie. You see, Maggie doesn't fall for really hot actors like Tyler because she judges them as stuck up rich stars who don't care about anything or anyone but themselves. But at the same time, deep down, she kind of likes him. Throughout the entire book, her feelings get confused if Tyler is really a nice person or if he's a self egotistical jerk.

Overall, I thought book was pretty good. I really liked the format of the book, which was a diary of the main character. It's something different that the reader reads about the character's life. But, I thought the concept was a little bit unreal. You know, meeting a teen actor you suddenly like, but you have mixed feelings about them.

But I learned from this book, too. The moral from this book was that you just can't judge someone until you really get to know them by spending time with them. That's what Maggie learned when she spent time with Tyler.

Even though I wasn't totally crazy over this book, see if you enjoy reading it. Trust me, try reading this book.

Excellent!

This book was completely excellent. It showed how a girl named Maggie Blume's father is a producer. Maggie's dad worked on a big movie, and then had a big party to celebrate the start of shooting. One of the castmembers is a teen who every girl in America thinks they like. Maggie does not like stars. She thinks they are very fake. But when she meets Tyler Kendall, that changes. She thinks she is wrong to like him because he always has reporters following him. I love this book.
