Thrilled With Purchase

Although I'm only part way through the book I am so happy with my purchase!
I really enjoy the way Dr. Burns writes. I can really connect with his examples and the exercises you go through really provoke a lot of thought. I'm so glad that this book was suggested to me and that I own it. It's Great!

I really love this book

This is the best selfhelp that I read so far. Cognitive herapy is a wonderful tool. Dr. Burns is he main guy in that field.

"The Feeling Good Handbook"

This doctor has written an excellent book that is extremely helpful to any person that has issues with depression. It is written in easy to understand layman's terms and gives a lot of ideas to learn and be able to use whenever you need them. It was highly recommended to me and now I, too, highly recommend it to others. Thank you. Judy

can't tell yet

I ordered it on November 3rd. It is now December 2nd. I can't give an acurate opinion on the product as I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED IT.

After the shipper contacted me regarding the lack of product they shipped it out right away.

Fabulous book that changed my life!

I read this book many years ago after being put on many different anti-anxiety medications that never seemed to work and sometimes made me worse.
I read the book and went through all the exercises and to this day if a feeling of anxiety comes on I refer to the lessons in this book.
I still do not take medication and have overcome my anxiety disorder completely and credit this book for healing me.
