Still needs some work

The story line was okay, it is a furthering of the story started 5 books ago. I really didn't see the characters grow very much nor did I really learn anything new about them. To not spoil anything for anyone, there were a number of "significant emotional events" that occurred to the main character and she really didn't respond in a corresponding emotional manner. I've read all the other books with this series and I will probably end my relationship with the series here. I have read a number of things by this author within the last few months and many of the characters seem rather shallow like they weren't fully thought out and developed. If you like fluffy vampire chick-lit you might like this book, if your looking for something a little deeper, you might want to skip this one.

Queen Betsy tickles me

Undead and Uneasy
I enjoy all of these Queen Betsy books. My sister and I read a lot and these stories are among our favorite vampire books. I am an educated person who reads all kind of books, but something about these stories just "tickles me". It is sometimes good to read a total fantasy with outrageous humor and "undead" characters. So much of life is serious, have a little fun with this series. I look forward to more from this author. My sister and I laugh and laugh about this series and both rate this series and this particular book highly. It is kinda like my secret pleasure that she and I both "get".

The New York Times bestselling series. With her wedding fast approaching, cold feet don't come as a surprise to Betsy Taylor-especially with an undead groom. But when her fianc? and most of her loved ones go missing, it's up to Betsy to find them-and whoever is behind the disappearances.
