An amazing eye-opening book

This is an amazing book. It was part of my Personal Effectiveness class and I am so glad I got to read it. I feel like my life (or at least my attitude to it) is changed. We all know anger kills, we all know you have to be a good friend to get a good friend, we all know you have to think positively and ignore depressive thoughts, we all know we are not always right and only if we admit it then we can have a succesful relationship. We all know so many other things that would make as an effective person. But how many times did you actually apply all those good things you know? This book will repeat all those things and will explain them. And then it will go on and tell you how to actually implement them in your own life. Priceless!
