A Great How To Book on Communication

Practical, fun, useful. It is definitely for a beginner or mid-level manager. Jack Griffin will "put words in your mouth" if you are looking for that type of assistance. This book I buy and give to clients. It's worth every penny!

Must have

I bought this while interviewing and now I keep it at work. I got the job I wanted with my top salary request. Useful, easy to understand and put into practice. Things you didn't realize about posture, facial expressions, simple phrasing, voice tone, etc. Great investment.
