It is AWSOME!!!!!Every girl should have it!

I had this book already. It is an absolute must have for every girl!!!! It talks about everything under the sun you could ever want to know about!!!Relationships, money, resumes, jobs, health issues,etc. The book is great. I am planning on getting it for every female member of my family and friends for Christmas. No girl/woman should be with out it! :)

Cute, funny book

This book would be a great gift for most females. I think it might be geared more towards a teenager/young adult, but I'm in my late 20's and enjoy it very much. It really is a guide to everything. It's unlikely you'll think of a topic and it won't be covered in some fashion in the book. It's a book you can pick up and look for a specific topic or read from front to back. There are lots of sidebars and extra comments to make the material interesting. I would recommend this book for almost any occasion.

this book has about almost everything a girl could possibly need to survive life, tips, information, about everything and anything! it is awsomeness.

excellent excellent gift for a young woman

I bought a copy of this as a gift for my cousin who just graduated from college, and she's found it tremendously useful. (I couldn't possibly figure out what her tastes are in terms of clothes or music, so this seemed like a good bet.) The Girl's Guide was right on the money: funny and practical and not at all treating young women like airheads--as the media sometimes does. I think my cousin even emailed the author a question or two and she responded! (About family, natch :))So if you know a young woman who is just starting out, definitely get her a copy of this book. The money advice in particular is great. I wish someone had given me this book in my twenties and then I might have a little more saved up :)
