Understanding Your Potential Expanded Edition

This is an awesome book! I am now on my 2nd read of it. I'm doing so because at the end of the book there is a work through program. I really want to get involve with activity. I believe that it reinforces the information that is shared in the book. The ease of the written style & the simplicity of the analogies there were used in the book brings the book to life! I would recommend it to anyone interested in finding out how to better understand your potential!

Good ideas but repetitious

There are some good ideas laid out in this book. At times I felt inspired and motivated to put into practice some of the concepts. However, that was tempered by my frustration at the constant repetition throughout, which made me think the content could have been written in many fewer pages. I understand the idea of repeating an idea to add emphasis, but I felt it was overdone in this book. It would have been nice to have some more practical advice in the book. The study guide, also, was not as thought-provoking as it could have been. Overall I enjoyed reading the book; its style is easy and the analogies generally good. But I think the content is rather thinner than one might think is contained in these 256 pages.
