one of our daughter's favorite books!
my daughter loves this
book
and wants to read it over and over. Perfect for toddlers who are starting to understand "mine" and have a lovy. Great

s!
Cute
I think that my 8 year old was a little old for this one. It is very cute and you just have to laugh at it. Trixie looses her toy and just does not have the words to tell her dad what is wrong - but mom knows. Recommended for ages 3-8 years.

Among the best-ever children's books
Every children's
book library
should contain this book! Mo Willems is clever and hilarious and his books are engaging for children and entertaining for parents. Aggle flaggle klabble! (Always check the front and end papers - they're a treat, too!)

Love this book!
Our whole family loves this
book
! Our youngest has a precious
bunny that
goes with her everywhere, so I thought this would be a good book. I was hesitant to buy it after reading some of the reviews criticizing Trixie's tantrum... so I borrowed it from the library (and then quickly bought our own copy after reading it). First, let me say this is not a preschooler having a tantrum, but a toddler not yet able to speak, so the little girl is really just trying to get her point across the only way she can... any parent who has been through this will appreciate the humor shown by the illustrations.
I laugh more each time I read this book to our 22 month old and 3 1/2 year old. The expressions on the cartoon characters are priceless. My kids also LOVE this book. It quickly became a favorite for the younger one; after introducing
Knuffle Bunny
Too: A Case of Mistaken Identity, that became the favorite of the older one.

One of my daugther favorite book
I bought this
book when
I read had won Caldecott award so I was curious to see it. I found it very nice, I liked everything: the story, the dialogues, the ilustration+photographies. The first time I read it with my children the book made me laugh and we enjoyed very much.
I don't think that is a kind of illustration and story that my daughter would read and re read, as there are not many details and the illustration are flat and bidimensional. I know that thare are somo books that she likes to read many times. This didn't happened with
Knuffle
Bunny
. I think that's it's a must have as it is different and funny.

Trixie, Daddy, and
Knuffle
Bunny take
a trip to the neighborhood Laundromat. But the exciting adventure takes a dramatic turn when Trixie realizes somebunny was left behind . . . Using a combination of muted black-and-white photographs and expressive illustrations, this stunning
book tells
a brilliantly true-to-life
tale about
what happens when Daddys in charge and things go terribly, hilariously wrong. Mo Willems is a six-time Emmy Awardwinning writer and former animator for Sesame Street, and the creator of Cartoon Networks Sheep in the Big City. Both his first book for children, Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus, and his fourth book Knuffle Bunny: A
Cautionary Tale
won prestigious Caldecott Honors from the American Library Association. The New York Times has called him "the biggest new talent to emerge thus far in the 00's". Mo lives with his family in Brooklyn, New York.
