This book is a must have reference for any trainer or facilitator who wants to create more engagement in the classroom.

A Must Have on the Trainer's Shelf

Thiagi is someone with much to teach us. His games are simple, yet they WORK. At first glance, his methods seem to simple. It's in the debrief that the ah-ha's come out. The things he does maximaze the concepts of participatory education, and accelarated learning. This is organized in a way that the ideas are readily accessible when I'm designing a new course, or if I need to pull something for a workshop I am facilitating. They are also easily adaptable. It's worth every penny.
