My School book to the future

This Medical Terminology book is helping me get my certification in Medical transcription. I will always have work no matter where I decide to live or where I decide to go, I will always have a job and the good thing about it I can do this at home do not have to get up and have to be at a job or clock in somewhere, I can do this on my own home and make a decent living, no matter where I live. This book helps me understand what the words mean and how to spell them which makes it look very good in a transcript for the doctors who have you do the transcript. I call this Medical Terminology my key to my new and bright future and its a very good book at a reasonable price. I only paid 19.00 dollars for plus shipping and it was delivered by ups, how nice right to your door. this is a very knowledgeable book.

Book Review

I felt like the book provides you with too many answers, and it is distracting being able to look them all up. The different body systems should have been separated not thrown together it is too much information to have to learn all at once. The seller provided a positive experience and the book was as described. Besides having my problems with the book, I like i a lot.

Medical Terminology

I didn't receive the interactive cd with this book. I had to order separately. Other than that, the book is great.

The third edition of this user-friendly book reflects current trends and new approaches to teaching medical terminology. It uses a programmed learning format to give students the freedom to learn medical terminology at their own pace but can also be used in the classroom. The new art work throughout the book enables the student to see a true representation of the body system or pathological condition. To help students learn easily and quickly, each body system unit includes a summary of major combining forms, a comprehensive pathology section, and additional medical records and evaluations.
