Delicious, healthy, simple - what more could you want??
This
cookbook
has quickly become my favorite, default reference in the kitchen. Every recipe I've tried has been easy, delicious and healthy! I love the information included about why we crave certain
food
s, and healthy alternatives for all kinds of occasions - lunch, snacks, needing a carb fix, etc. I own several cookbooks but this is the one I keep going back to.
Informative cookbook with excellent, tasty recipes
This
cookbook
is one of the
best I've
come by for people who have average to above average cooking experience and who are looking for very tasty, healthy meals. Everything I've made from this book has come out excellent and the ingredients are common to most cooks' kitchens, so you don't have to search extensively for exotic spices, etc. With some slight modifications, I have been able to improve a number of these
recipes based
on my individual tastes. I'm particularly fond of the soups and find that they are extremely quick and easy to make.
Enjoy and eat
