Okay Book

This book didn't do much for me. It can be informative, but it's too academic, dry and boring. I like Overcoming Social Anxiety and Shyness: A Self-Help Guide Using Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (2008) by Gillian Butler better. Her book is far more helpful.
