I recently purchased this book for my newly engaged cousin, but after a quick glance, I actually read the whole thing before I gave it away. In the overwhelming world of wedding planning, Casey Cooper and Sharon Naylor really cut to the chase about what is truly important: a wedding that reflects who you are as a couple. The quizzes are a great way to find that out, and I feel that the information discovered will be useful in the future beyond the wedding. I would recommend this book to anyone who is even thinking about getting married.

I purchased this book for a friend who recently got engaged. I started reading it to make sure it was the right book for her. I got married a few years ago and let me tell you I wish this book had been around then!

The first section of the book takes you through a really exciting process of discovering your own style. (I actually did this part and learned a lot about myself and will incorporate my findings in redecorating my home!) The questions arent run of the mill, and incorporate every aspect of your life. I even had fun asking my hubby these questions over dinner. We learned a lot about one another! Thats when I knew this book was great for my friend because it helps you not only planning your wedding but thinking about your future together.

Once you have the foundation set the rest of the book takes you through every aspect of the wedding with lots of creative and unique ideas! I think this is a must for every newly engaged couple. The process of hiring your wedding team can be intimidating. The information in this book will give you the confidence to communicate your vision. You can really create a memorable occasion that reflects who you are! Now if I can only convince my husband we should get married again!
