Great for Non-Business Groups

This volume is every bit as good as Brian Miller's first collection of activities. He uses the same simple-to-follow format, and avoids any silly or embarrassing activities. While the activities are designed for managers in a business environment, they could easily be used by girl scout troops, school groups, church groups or in most any team setting.

Great follow-up, with one added bonus

This book is similar to Miller's first book of teambuilding activities. Once again, all the activities are quick, easy to manage and require few props. Even though I really liked his first book and go to it frequently, I was a bit reluctant to pick this second one up, fearing that maybe these activities weren't on par with the first volume. I was wrong. They are every bit as fun and effective as those in the first book. So now I have 100 activities to choose from. Also, an added bonus in this book is that he also adds tips for adapting many of the activities for what he calls virtual teams--groups of co-workers that are not located in the same geographic location. I used one once for an expanded project team that I'm a part of and it worked well.
