Oh My Gosh! Outstanding!

THIS COOKBOOK IS NOW MY NEW FAVORITE. THE RECIPES ARE OVER THE TOP AND DELICIOUS. THE RECIPES ARE EASY TO FOLLOW AND AS AN AVID BAKER THEY ARE PERFECT. I LOVE HOW SHE TAKES A NORMAL RECIPE AND TWISTS IT TO MAKE IT EVEN BETTER AND OVER THE TOP BY ADDING MORE OOEY GOOEY GOODNESS. THAT IS TOTALLY MY KIND OF THING. EVERY SINGLE THING THAT I HAVE MADE HAS BEEN OUT OF THIS WORLD. THE STRAWBERRY STUFFED CHEESECAKE BLONDIES WERE SUPERB. THE CHUNKY CHEESE BREAD WAS TO DIE FOR, AND THE SERENDIPITY DELUXE BARS WERE ADDICTING. I'VE MADE LOTS MORE. THE PANCETTA LAYERED BREAD FANTASTIC, I COULD GO ON & ON. BASICALLY WHEN I'M FEELING SINFUL THIS IS THE BOOK I REACH FOR. THANK YOU MARCY GOLDMAN FOR FULFILLING MY PASSION OF BAKING.

I found a new favorite

Absolutely a beautiful book, with MANY great recipes. I can't wait to try out the fabulous cheesecakes. I made the Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe and I think it is my new favorite. If you love to bake, you have got to get this book. Lots of great hints and tips, too.

Love this book!

This is an outstanding book. I am an avid baker (and a passionate one at that!) I love Marcy Goldman's recipes as well as her baking wisdom that is sprinkled throughout the pages. I have tried several recipes and they have all been fabulous. The Popcorn Bread is my family's new favorite bread! The donuts were fabulous and the Java Streusal Banana Muffins were out of this world! I would bake any of Marcy's recipes with no worries. She is a treasured and trusted source!

A MUST HAVE FOR THE HOME BAKER.

This is like no other cookbook you've ever seen. The recipes are easy to understand, use ingredients you probably already have on-hand, and come out perfectly even on the first try! I have literally HUNDREDS of cookbooks in my collection and after buying and using this one, I am paring down. This book makes many of the others completely unnecessary because compared to A Passion for Baking, the other books are simply ordinary (sorry, Martha). I have just bought Marcy's [Jewish] Holiday Baking and am looking forward to trying those, too. The recipes ideas start with the ordinary and end up show-stopping. I am now a HUGE Marcy Goldman fan!
