I have tried about 5 of the recipes, and they are all terrific, pretty easy, and everyone raves over them. The Caramelized Crispy Snack mix is addictive, and the Popover Pizza is very good. I hope the other Land o' Lakes cookbooks are this good. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that some of the instructions are not specific, but it's easy to figure out. The food tastes great.

Simple and easy to follow

I bought this book as a gift for my mom because she loves to cook. I saw an ad for it inside a land o lakes butter package and decided to buy it for her. There are only a few recipies in this book, but we have used many of them. They are simple recipies that are great to prepare for family gatherings and holidays. I would recommend this book for the beginner cook.
