If you're interested at all in translations of the ancient scriptures of the Hindu tradition, any by Swami Venkatesananda are more than worth the read. And, this translation of the
Ramayana
is certainly no exception. It's a wonderful read and he's divided the context into 365 segments making for excellent daily studying of the scripture. He translates into English direct from the original Sanskrit as he was fluent in both languages (quite an accomlishment by any standard!) so much of the rich color of the original has been wonderfully maintained. I would recommend this to anyone interested in scripture of this nature.
