Proactive Healthcare is Better than Reactionary Healthcare

I almost did not buy "Health Secrets" since I can research whatever health concerns I have through the internet. And so when I looked at this book for the first time today, I expected to find nothing worth reading and no real reason for keeping it.

I was wrong. "Health Secrets" is an encyclopedia that covers a great many health related topics. And within just minutes of flipping through it I found a few health matters that need my attention. I very likely would not have determined or considered these important through my usual internet surfing and reading habits. I now realize how reactionary and out-dated my attitude was regarding my health before opening this book. And I am thankful for having bought "Health Secrets", mostly because it has given me the impetus and a resource to help me be proactive about my health.

At the very least this book offers its owners a gigantic and well organized health care checklist, for which there is nothing comparable through today's health care system. And at best this book offers to help improve the quality of life of its owners and loved ones. I highly recommend "Health Secrets" to all U.S. families.

Knowledge is Power!

I was asked to buy this book by my aunt who lives in another country now and was finding it hard to get this book and receive it with no hassle. According to her, she saw this book introduced in an infomercial, and just loves the natural information it has for natural healing of the body. So according to her it's a GREAT book so I think it's GREAT gift!!

Good Reference; Not-So-Secret

This book contains a good range of useful health info on a wide range of topics, and some practical advice. Those seeking "secret" or "easy" solutions to complex problems will be dissapointed. If you are looking for a review of strategies and options, it's worth the used-book prices to pick one up.
