Bare necessities

This book offers bare necessities to conduct analysis on your own. For those interested in approach on how to teach students to use and understand this concept, this book is not the happiest choice. Its textual style resembles more to a "users guide for technical appliance". Otherwise, useful in its intent.

A Wonderful Tool for Multilevel Modeling

As an experienced statistician and researcher, I find HLM 6 to be the the most efficient and useful of the three statistical applications I have used for Multilevel Modeling and feel comfortable in recommending it to anyone who is sophisticated enough to conducted such analyses.
