Tasty Recipes

Overall this book was very helpful. Most of the recipes are quite tasty, (something that other arthritis cookbooks often lack.) As a beginner arthritis-friendly cook, I found that some of the ingredients called for are a bit obscure, and occasionally pricey, but in general it was a worthwhile investment.

The layout is nice (one recipe per page) and the extra tid-bits of information offered on the benefits of certain ingredients are great.

The companion book to the New York Times Bestseller The Arthritis Cure. Delicious, easy-to-prepare recipes that contain both antioxidants (joint busters) and bioflavonoids (joint strengtheners).
