Overall this book was very helpful. Most of the recipes are quite tasty, (something that other

lack.) As a beginner arthritis-friendly cook, I found that some of the ingredients called for are a bit obs

, and occasionally pricey, but in general it was a worthwhile investment.
The layout is nice (one recipe per page) and the extra tid-bits of information offered on the benefits of certain ingredients are great.
