The Book of Kudzu

Great book on all you need to know about Kudzu powder. There are recipes, history of kudzu, and instructions on making the powder. The book however, is limited to uses and receipes of the powder only and does not include uses of the leaves, shoots, roots, etc. Interesting and worth buying.

This is not a new book, but it may be the most important book for people interested in surviving during drought, during nuclear war, or during famine (think food rationing). Recipes, poetry, beautiful art, science from a grad of Stanford University, and the co-author born soon after WWII in Japan. A peaceful gift to the world. A truly good beginning to kudzu research.
