Word Bird is a winner

The Word Bird Series is an excellent way to help get children on their way toward phonetic reading, and children love the books. This one is no different. I have used these books with my children and grandchildren, and once they master the short vowel words, it is only a baby step toward reading sentences.

Word Bird makes up a variety of words with his friend Cat. Each word that they make up leads them into a new activity.
