This book gives a postive outlook for hiatal hernia and acid reflux sufferers

I bought this book because I myself have a hiatal hernia and suffer from acid reflux because of it. I give this book a high rating because the author seems to know what he's talking about when it comes to hiatal hernias. It helped me understand what is going on in my body with the hiatal hernia, and he lists ways that can help relieve symptoms caused by it. The book is overall very positive about how to cope with a hiatal hernia and acid reflux disease. I found it to be very comforting and helpful, especially the section where he talks about real life cases of people with different symptoms and stories. I would have liked more detail on the section where he talks about ways to heal, but overall it is very positive and will at least give a sufferer some options and comfort.
