Helped me big time!

I read this book at least 15 years ago. I used it to lose wieght (loss 25lbs in 3 weeks and kept it off!), cure sinus infections, back problems and uterus pain (AND THEY WORKED!). For those who don't believe in Mr. Kloss' book, its because you want diets and "fixits" to conform to your lifestyle. I found only 1 thing that is considered dangerous (saline nasal wash). They now know that is not good but the change of diet is one of the best. I was a fitness coach back then and I still use this book from time to time. With all the meat cloned and filled with steroids, who wouldn't mind a change to just natural foods.

Can't think of a title

I wanted to think of a clever title but it escapes me. This book has been with me through the following years of age
16- menstrual cramps
24- pregnancy and childbirth
35- obesity and weight loss
49- menopause and the ever present private summers
55- aging gracefully
There is not an ailment or malady known to man that the Creator does not have a cure for! This is a good herb book albiet a little dated as one person commmented

It's hard to imagine that this book was written in the 1930's! It is imperative that one reads the way of eating promoted by Jethro Kloss! He talks about what he saw on autopsies as a result of a diet consisting of mostly "processed foods". He lists what those foods are and why they should be avoided. Did you know that even pickles and vinegar are not good for digestion? He gives his theory on obesity and cites herbal remedies for many diseases and conditions. It could be a life-changing book if one follows his recommendations.
