Thanks Mike Cohen for your tranquility and comfort restoring "1 Amazing Way to Relax & Renew: Mike Cohen's Instant Relaxation Technique & Training Program". Your program produced real results and was simple for even me, with my business and life's commitments, to follow.

While I have only been following your program for a short time, already I can see the benefits of lower stress - - higher stamina, better interpersonal communications, better productivity and enhanced creativity. Your manual is great and the CD is quick and effective. As I become more familiar with your program and listen repeatedly to the recorded training I have truly gained new insight into your relaxation techniques and I feel better, less stressed and more relaxed.

This couldn't have come at a better time. Recently I read in the L.A. Times about the prolonged and dangerous side effects of high stress, including arterial diseases, heart dysfunctions, digestive distresses and sleeping disorders. I believe that daily use during your 28 day training regimen, (23 minutes of listening once each day for the first 7 days), followed up by twice daily practice of the learned relaxation skills, when augmented by 15, then 10, then 5 minutes of listening over the next three weeks, really could work wonders in helping everyone learn how to control stress in their lives.

I plan to keep you informed of my progress as I participate more fully in your stress reduction training program.

Great Product for Helping Me Go to Sleep!!

I got the CD as a gift. I had trouble sleeping, this product helps me go to sleep in 5 minutes. I strongly recommand people to set up only one track, the longest track, then listen to it, you will fall asleep automatically. Don't think about anything, just follow the flow of the CD, then KaBoom, the next thing is tomorrow morning!
