This journal fits nicely in my purse and I find that using it frequently during my day helps remind me to eat better and be more active--habits I hope to retain long after the three month period of the journal is over! I have been struggling with my weight for years and finally have found real progress...I have lost over 7 pounds last month, and don't expect to see them again!! I highly recommend this journal to anyone who wants to really get some control of their eating and exercise habits to get and stay healthy and fit!
