A cookbook with altitude

I originally purchased 5 copies of this beautiful cookbook to give as holiday gifts. Most of the recipients live in Colorado and they loved having adjustments for high altitude cooking. This is a great addition to any cooks collection for wonderful recipes at any altitude.

Everything I've tried has come out scrumptous! Even at altitude it all came out perfect! My "flat land " friends also love this book!

Amazing Cookbook

This cookbook is fabulous! I received it as a gift for my birthday last year and love cooking out of it. I can barely cook, but this cookbook is so easy to use!!! I highly recommend this book to anyone, but it is a great gift for college students, family, and friends!
