The Biology of Belief

I'm still in the middle of reading this book and I have to say it is incredibly inspiring. For anyone who is looking for answers, who questions the generell mass acceptance that science is always right, for Spirtual Healers and for all who work in the health sector this book is a must. For anyone who wants to live their life diffently but feels that they are at the mercy of their genes this book is a wake up call.

Cell biology

This is the best cell biology book i have ever read. After 7 years of college and 7 years of teaching, this is the best science book I have ever read.

Get what you want - if you believe in it!

Science and spirituality meet in the middle

This was a wonderful explanation of how our bodies work, how cells do what they do, how the intelligence in life-forms animates itself. I learned so much about the mechanics of the human body right down to a cellular and atomic level, all of which strongly reinforced many of my spiritual beliefs. Lipton takes the woo-woo out of the spiritual side of life and explains it in a way that makes sense to those of us who need more than an admonition to "take it on faith". I bought the audio version so I can listen to it over and over in the car (it takes me a while to grok the intricacies of the science) and am so glad I did. The author reads the book himself and is compelling in his presentation.

I did think it fell apart a bit at the end where I expected more than a couple of sentences on how to use the information, but he does give further resources for those of us interested in pursuing it further.
