Book is as great as his in-person seminars!

I had the pleasure to meet Alan and participate last week in one of his live workshops -- wow, what an inspiring message! I appreciate his generosity and helping spirit. His advice is relevant on a personal level, as well as any profession you're in and whether corporate or social sector. I bought 2 copies of this book (one for a friend who couldn't attend) - and immediately started reading it on the plan to a b-school reunion that day. Simple ideas and common sense ideas to utilize in daily life.

Dr. Gregerman has done a wonderful job of breaking down the complex ideas into simple applications for recognizing the good in ourselves and those around us. His stories and guides on how we can make a difference were astounding yet fun, insightful and practical.
