It's brilliant! It's easy to follow yet it has an incredible wealth of pertinent information. It's very useful for anyone who is starting or wanting to improve their business. The author, in my opinion, did a great job in the way he wrote and organized this book. Absolutely essential information regarding the business planning process is presented in a clear and very effective manner. The reader has an excellent opportunity to learn and practice while developping his/her business plan. It's a university level textbook presented to the reader in an easy step by step process. Worksheets, task lists, examples, 99-step checklist are few of the many great tools in the book which provide the reader with what to, how to and why to steps of the BP process.
The book is on my desk at all times as a reference.I used it to develop my business plan and without hesitation I recommend it to anyone who is looking for an excellent quality business planning tutorial!
