Finally, the storm is put to rest from first expression of an explosive silence to second expression of being free and independent. Years of intense verse has become quiet as the once silent child transforms from adolescent screaming words of pen to now blessed days to come. The poet no longer has past as a barricade, but a long, patient course where meaning of love and sacrifice will be found. In pursuit to completely live life, unions may fall, mergers to be a part of blood relations may separate to no longer tolerate a false witness. This book entails questions of honesty and devotion to a belief in survival of true love. Throughout the years as a young girl, understanding has come with a price, but the price is worth happiness found, clarity in intellect, steadfast love and development of an open mind. While challenge in questions are still in demand for answers, the poet, middle child of five, continues to put puzzles of existence together starting from beginning of birth in April of 1978. The constant move as a child makes a permanent home as an adult quite difficult to adjust to. Nevertheless, the need to have a home is essential to share love, commitment, and also to have peace. With each poem written, there is an opportunity to let go of regret, to move forward from the past, to forgive all trespasses, and be the person meant in life.
