Great for Aspiring Actors and Actresses

This is quite possibly the best monologue book I've ever come across. I've been teaching Drama class at the 5th Street YMCA for over 15 years now, and I must say my students have never been as interested as they have been since I've purchased this book. The responses to these monologues have been terrific. Nothing excites them quite like the situations given to them in this book. The monologues are so real that many students have told me that similar situations had occurred to them the previous week. My students are no longer reciting words they are now living the lines given to them. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is tired of the same old monologues and would like to do something interesting, rather then reading those boring monologue book by Ed Hook.

Stupendous!

Every moment was like the very best explosive discharge of neuromascular tensions in your maxilla. This book was tremendously...good.

We all know how much more comfortable we are when we discuss topics we know about.. This book offers kids just that opportunity. Up to date and current topics make it so much easier for them to relate to the subject matter and give a much better reading. I love the age appropriate breakdowns as well.
