Wowzers... It's just great... and I'm not even remotely artistic

Although I am in no way, shape or form artistic, I can truly appreciate Dan's skill as an artist. He can say so much with such a simple image that it will move you in ways beyond words. This book is definitely worth the money and I hope that there are several more in the future.

I didn't even know Dan could write

When you order a book on the Internet sight unseen, you're always taking a risk. Now, I know Dan and I worked with him at an ad agency many moons ago, but that was no guarantee that shelling out $25 for his book was going to be worth it. It is.

His style is simple and charming and his advice to artists is worth the price of the book alone. Actually, Dan's advice on art and creativity is so well thought out and cogent, I'd recommend this book to anyone in any creative field who could use a few landmarks to guide their career onward and upward.

I think this is a very well written book, which contains a lot of information for someone who is entertaining the thought of pursuing to further an art education. For a first time book, kudos to the arthur.
