It is not clear from the promotional material, but this appears to be a reprint (or new edition, perhaps) of the 2002 title published by Siddhi Publications (also still in print).

This extremely clear and accessible work presents the path to complete awakening according to the Dzogchen tradition, considered by many to be the highest teachings found in Tibetan Buddhism.
