A little repetitious

interesting book. Though I am interested in the premise, this book lists all the possible places in one's body that could cause problems or illnesses with the underlying emotions that may have caused it. The problem is that the same emotions are repeated over and over again with each possible problem spot. And the affirmations to counteract those emotions are also a bit vague and repetitious.

This is right on!

I recently went through my old journals and found illnesses I had gone through at different times in my life. I read what was happening at those times in my life and found the emotional connections to be right on! It is weird, but true! It makes you think twice about how emotions effect health. I've also learned this with Emotional Freedom Technique. It really works to unload past emotions and free the body to be healthy and pain free.
