A MUST READ for puppy owners!
This book is invaluable in the way it describes each stage of the
puppy's development
(both physical and psychological). It eqips
you
to answer the age-old question: Why is my puppy behaving this way???
Also, after reading this book, you will understand why you should always purchase your pup from a breeder ... and NEVER from a pet store.

A MUST for all new puppy owners!
This book is a MUST for all new
puppy
owners! It will tell
you when
to do what with your puppy so you
can
raise
a puppy that you will be happy to have around and proud to own. Also great for all breeders- it goes into the first 8 weeks as well and what should be done to raise well adjusted puppies.
A great little book
This book contains some great information on what to look for in a
puppy
, what to do when
you bring
it home, and general puppy development. I certainly got a lot out of it, but for more specific training information I highly recommend My Smart Puppy as well.

Did
you know
that if certain things aren't taught to a
puppy
in the first twelve weeks of life, it will be much more difficult for him to learn? In this book you'll learn in easy-to-understand language just how a puppy's body and mind develop and what you
can
do to help him develop in the right way. You will find the 153 pages of this book invaluable in your puppy training. Many breeders make this Clarice Rutherford & David Neil book required reading for their puppy buyers. (4th Edition, © 2005, Paperback, 153 pages)
