Fast Paced!

On a trip back to England to meet up with her fiancé, Sofie Adams has decided that she has fallen out of love with Archie. She wants to tell him quickly, but unfortunately the act is pushed back when she finds an old whistle buried deep within the earth at their archeological site. Archie extinguishes her excitement by telling her it's not from the time of Camelot. Sofie ends up blowing on the whistle and doesn't realize the evil she has released, an evil that has decided to take up residence in her fiancé.

Archie's new attitude makes it easier for her to leave him. In her haste to get away from Archie she runs into the stranger, Evan, that mysteriously showed up at the site wanting to speak to her. He is attractive and mysterious, she doesn't really want to get involved with anyone else. But' Evan's room appears to be safe and she doesn't really want to be alone. Sofie ends up staying with Evan while she plans to return to New York and her new job with FBI.

Sofie and Even split up before they make it to New York and think they will never see each other again. But when Cristo's, the head of Department 57, tells them they are under house arrest, Evan quickly decides that he will keep Sofie safe in his apartment. She appears to be in danger of being the killer's next victim.

Can Evan and Sofie fight their attraction while under house arrest?

Chemistry of Evil is a wonderful story that takes characters from Camelot and matches them with modern day personalities. The evil will make your spine tingle and have you yelling at the characters to be careful. Sofie is a strong woman that knows that she doesn't want to settle for Archie, but acknowledges the growing passion between her and Evan. Evan comes across a little withdrawn, but won't back down when he knows what he wants. I loved these two together! Chemistry of Evil is fast paced, will keep you on the edge of your seat and have you falling in love.
