Oldie but Goodie

I started using this exercise video in the late 80's early 90's. It is designed for large or full figured women however; I found that my sister who is petite was exhausted from the workout.
Don't underestimate the workout, the low impact aerobics really raises the heart rate and the music is very uplifting. The workout provides good conditioning exercises, warm up, and cool down!!!

I was so impressed with this video. It's for the larger set; women like me who are 3X and up. I gave it 4 stars and not five only because I thought it was fast. I think I'll be able to get up to their speed, but it will take time;) Maybe it's an incentive! It's worth it. I liked their approach, and level of excercise.
