Had VHS years ago..ordered DVD

I loved this work out in High School and eleven years later it is stiil the best workout I've ever done. After having two babies in two years I am not able to make it to the gym to get back in shape. This workout will work you out just as hard as any gym workout. It is very challenging and effective.

Great workout!

I did this workout years ago and it is timeless. It works your whole body and is fun. I recommend this DVD to anyone who wants to break a sweat and have fun too! It is not daunting. It is fun and great!! Over the years I have been in great shape, and then I had four kids and my shape changed. :) This has been great for all time periods in my life. I have done a lot of workouts and this is by far my favorite. I even bought one for my workout buddy for the times we end up skipping the gym. It is such a great alternative.

Best DVD EVER

I love this DVD. I had the tape for the longest time and it got very old so I order this DVD edition and I love it so much.

Liked it.

I liked this one but not as well as her first one, as it was a little bouncier and twists you around a bit more.
Still some good new moves to work in with my First version.
I would recommend this.

Lost 35lbs with this awesome workout

This is the best workout I have ever done, and I have tried them ALL. Cindy is awesome!! I gained 70lbs with my first son, and tried everything to get the weight off.....nothing. After having my second son I decided it was time to lose this weight once and for all. I started doing the Cindy workout 3 times a week and in less than 3 months I went down from a size 12 to 4. I couldn't believe it. People where actually reffering to me as "the skinny girl". You will be sore after doing this, but it's a good sore. If you are serious about losing weight and getting the best body of you life, then I totally recommend this DVD.
