Fun and Whimsical Musical Drum Instrument

This is a very whimsical musical drum!
I bought it for my toddlers and I'm tempted to buy a second one.
The value is terrific.
The mallet strikes the lollipop decorated portion of the drum with incredible tone and musical accuracy.
Perfect for young children who love to march to the beat of their own drum!

My son especially took a licking to it. Yes, that's right. He wanted to eat it and started licking the drum. Once he realized there was no actual lollipop flavor, he decided to chew on the mallet! That alone was priceless to watch!

He gave up after a while and started using it for what it is intended and hasn't put it down since.

The size is also perfect! This particular drum comes in several sizes. We purchased the 10" and it's the perfect size! I'm also contemplating getting one in the 8" as well just for a little diversity.

We enjoy it very much and it has added much creativity to our growing set of toddler musical instruments!

Words cannot describe this

Music is a part of my life I have never explored. With that in mind, I decided to partake in drum playing. This is an excellent piece of equipment too. It looks just like a lollipop, so when I'm in the middle of practicing, I have a strong desire to suck the drum. I wouldn't recommend doing that. Anyway, I'm now looking to become a professional drum player, and with a piece of equipment that only costs $13.05, there's no doubt that I made a life-altering decision. These are tears of joy.

My Daughter Loves this Drum

What could be better for a thirteen-month old than a brightly-colored drum you hit with a brightly-colored mallet? From my daughter's point of view, just about nothing.

She really loves everything about this drum. The handles of both the drum itself and the mallet have a soft rubber tip on them, making this toy safer and fun to chew on while recuperating from heavy-duty jam sessions.

The mallet head resembles a cat toy, which is to say it's very light, so any particularly exuberant swings that stray off course won't hurt a hand or head.

Really, this drum is two toys in one: my daughter uses the mallet sans drum to create rhythms on everything from the dishwasher to the (poor, beleaguered) cat. To see her running wildly with the mallet toward a mundane object (a wall, for example) to see what kind of noise she can get out of it is to know that this drum represents money well spent.

And the babysitter has fun with it as well.

The drum is recommended for ages 3 and up but that seems conservative to me. Depending on the strength of your child, you might opt for one of the smaller models.

THE BEST DRUM EVER!

Lollipop drums are the coolest things EVER and deserve at least a 25/5 rating. They are colorful and attractive, and are great for those boring rainey days when you want to drive your parents nuts.

This drum is absolutely wonderful! It's a great buy at a terrific price, and I am so pleased with the rich, loud, deep sound! I was looking for something fun and whimsical for drum circle, and this drum really fits the bill.
