Office Organization at it's best!

Only an office/tech geek would review an file labeling system - but since I am one, here goes:

The pros:
A great system! This system takes any file drawer mess and organizes it. Just by aligning all the file labels, you've improved your filing system by 100%. No more deciphering handwriting or looking for a file folder hidden by another. Each file is "viewable" (sorry) from the front, top or back. The color coding makes it easy to search for a file - and those files mis-filed are spotted immediately. A huge time saver! I estimate that we've saved hundreds of hours of searching for files.

The cons:
The cost in moving from manilla files to hanging files can be a bit expensive in the beginning - you're buying the Viewable system, plus hanging files. The time saved down the road is well worth the cost, however.

It does take a little time to learn the best way to apply the viewable labels, but the time spent in the beginning saves time later on (or did I mention that already?).

Easy view tabs--very helpful

These labels are great. They are viewable from three sides. Specifically, it makes your files easy to see from the top. The software that comes with the Viewables Labeling System Starter Kit (not with this label refill pack) gives you several options: tab color, index letter, number of lines on the label, file folder tab label, three sided Viewables tab label, etc. The software also keeps track of which labels are printed, so the next time you go to print some, it remembers which labels on the sheet have been used. I give this five stars because I have no complaints about the product.
