Cuisinart 12-Inch Open Skillet

We love the skillet! It's very easy cleanup with it, and we don't have to worry about fumes poisoning our birds! The only thing we don't like is that both handles get hot and we have to use a potholder to hold the pan. Other than that - it's wonderful!
