Wonder why it makes my skin breakout?

I love this cleanser. It makes your skin really clean, soft and smooth. But as other users mentioned, it made my face breakout. Also, if you don't rinse it off well, it will leave your skin feeling "tight".
There's something in the ingredients I'm allergic to. After the second day, I got little bumps on my face.
If it weren't for that, I'd continue using it.
Seems there's something in this stuff that makes people's face breakout.
Too bad.
I really liked how it made my skin feel. It gets your skin really clean and soft. And it smells divine!
But the "pimples", I can do without.

I like the way that this product feels on the skin. It's clean and fresh smelling and leaves my face feeling soft and very smooth. I haven't had any negative reactions to it like some of the other reviews said. I've been happy with this product.

A great and simple start to your skin care regimen..

Purity made simple facial cleanser by Philosophy. It is just that. No strange chemicals or odors. Silky and calming. I use this everyday as the first step of my skin regimen. It easily removes mascara as well as the rest of your makeup. It rinses off easy with no residue. No need to use a lot, because less is more with this facial cleanser. Leaves the face feeling fresh with a dewy appearance. I have even used this as a makeup brush cleaner. It cleans the bristles of my makeup brushes without drying out the natural hair of the brushes. It even conditions them. I also use this as a hand cleanser in the winter time when my hands get really dry and chapped. There is no burning and it is really gentle, soothing my dry cracked hands. That is the reason I like this product so much. Because it is so gentle, I can use it for many things other than just as recommended.

Simple is right!

This is a great cleaner, it lathers up really nice and smells delicious. It leaves my skin feeling clean and not dry or flaky at all. It has helped with the problem area my chin and forehead, they are no longer oily and prone to those nasty little zits!

I have only been using this product for 4 days and my skin already feels softer and smoother! It feels good to wash your face with this stuff. It really is awesome.

purity made simple was created because it was our feeling that most cleansers were not getting the skin clean enough. furthermore, we do not believe you need a makeup remover and a toner to complete the cleansing process. most cleansers are formulated to foam, push around, and hopefully rinse away dirt and makeup. purity made simple was formulated to actually emulsify and dissolve dirt, imbedded debris, and makeup rather than creating a lot of foam without a lot of clean.
