energizing workout

I've only done the pregnancy section of this video, and found it to be energizing. I'm 16 weeks along and was feeling tired and sluggish overall. I've started doing the video in the morning before work and it has improved my energy level throughout the day. The routine is a bit simple but I feel safe doing it. The isolating exercises towards the end of the video were tough enough to make me sore the next day. The only setback is that the music is faint in the background. I recommend this video.


good

This video is a good steady workout. Nothing too strenuous. For women who want to keep active but not overdo. The 80's theme needs to go.

Good video

I think this is a pretty good video. I fell kind of silly doing it because the instructor is kind of cheesy, but it's a good light workout. I alternate this video with the Perfect Pregnancy workout (has a much better toning section, but no aerobics) and I feel like I'm getting a pretty good variety.






Easy workout

I am not an aerobics type person so I just skip to the toning section of this video, which is great. It is very dated, but if you can get over that its a nice tape to have in your rotation.


a good workout

I feel this is a pretty good workout. the cardio is good, but not too much. She doesn't mention much about the fact that we're pregnant, but I feel it's a safe workout and a good one. I'd recommend it to anyone that exercises on a fairly regular basis.
