More
Yoga
for the
Rest
of Us by
Peggy
Cappy
. Her teaching style is so warm and generous and positive and
inclusive. She attracts those of us who need yoga the most, not just young
athletes that you find in most classes. She welcomes us older and stiffer
ones...it is a beautiful philosophy and I want to thank Peggy Cappy for
sharing her love of yoga and what it can do for everybody! I have both
DVD's (Yoga for the Rest of Us and More Yoga for the Rest of Us) and I do one of them every day...they have changed my life...I have
them memorized and never tire of them. I'm 48 years old and have done yoga
classes on and off for years...always knowing that there was something good
there for me, but always feeling I couldn't keep up or be flexible
enough...I would drop out feeling a failure each time.
Peggy Cappy and her work have been a blessing in my life and I want to thank
her from the bottom of my heart! Namaste, Diana Adoberavoski
